Our custom crates are manufactured based on specific requirements and needs, offering customer-specific solutions. Standard packaging is designed for general use in the transport or storage of goods, such as pallets, pallet collars, and dividers.

The combination of our own production facilities in both Estonia and Sweden ensures that we can meet our customers’ needs for both short lead times and cost-efficiency in larger volumes. Our production is characterized by craftsmanship and a well-invested machine park.

We manufacture proprietary products and solutions, especially in plywood packaging (plywood boxes). We have our own designers and packaging engineers who develop special solutions for our customers. We have consistently developed products and solutions in custom crating and have extensive material knowledge in various sheet materials as well as sawn and planed wood products.

At Boardic, we can offer a complete range of custom crates made of wood thanks to our in-house production and our close collaboration with partners and subcontractors. We stock raw materials to ensure short lead times, thus preventing potential disruptions in the supply chain from affecting our delivery times to customers.

For us, it is important that our packaging not only meets your needs but also offers high quality and is sustainable from an environmental perspective. To ensure this, we work with several certifications.

ISPM 15 is an international standard that ensures wooden packaging is treated to eliminate pests. We strictly follow the ISPM 15 standard by using only heat-treated wood products. This reduces the risk of spreading invasive species between countries. Our packaging is certified and meets the requirements of ISPM 15.

In addition to ISPM 15, we follow several other quality standards to ensure our wooden packaging is of the highest quality. We continuously monitor the production process to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management.

We use FSC-certified wood in our production to ensure that raw materials come from sustainable forestry.

We have wooden packaging with UN classification for the transport of hazardous goods.
